When you buy a product: your name and email (for delivery and receipts). When you request a free audit: the details you submit in the form (name, company, email, city, links, and your answers). When you email us: your message and address.
To deliver purchases, provide audits, respond to you, and occasionally send relevant updates about LitBooked products (you can opt out with one reply). We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details go directly to Razorpay's secure systems and never touch our servers. See Razorpay's privacy policy for their handling of payment data.
Audit form submissions are delivered to our inbox via FormSubmit and stored in our lead records for the purpose of providing your audit and follow up.
The site may use basic analytics to understand visits. Cart contents are stored locally in your browser only.
